As a part of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for setting and delivery of the audience and data strategy across the company’s media brands.

You will lead and empower your team and use your 10 – 15+ years audience development/marketing experience to deliver on the audience strategy.

This position will see you:

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to create a successful audience strategy and plan
  • Be responsible for commissioning effective market and competitor research including profiling of target audiences
  • Providing insight and expertise to shape the content and company offering
  • In collaboration with colleagues, develop strategies and campaigns that meet brand and company goals
  • Enable new product development in conjunction with key stakeholders
  • Set, define and report on campaign tracking KPIs
  • Managing the audience lifecycle

Summary

  • At least 10 – 15 years’ experience in audience development/marketing
  • Several years’ experience in the media sector
  • Data driven marketing experience
  • Proven success in audience development, performance, and data marketing
  • Experience of implementing membership and subscription strategies
  • Lead automation experience
  • CRM marketing – segmentation, targeting, automation and testing
