POSITION:Director, Strategic Business Solutions
DEPARTMENT/LOCATION:Sales
REPORTS TO:Vice President Sales EMEA & APAC
POSITION OVERVIEW
This is not an account development role and therefore there is a heavy reliance on an ability to generate and convert new prospects.
There will be an expectation of frequent travel.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The position of Sales Director is accountable for:- Active sourcing of new business options and increasing sales figures
- Generating new leads through networking and outreach
- Building relationships with key prospect stakeholders at all levels
- Being responsible for sales negotiations and tender responses
- Presenting Cartus’ value proposition to C level corporate personnel
- Contribution to client’s strong sales force and leadership
SKILLS and KEY DIMENSIONS:
- Fluency in English essential
- Strong evidence of lead generation and prospecting
- Exceptional presenting skills and presentation team organization skills
- Proven experience selling outsourcing services to multinational companies
- Demonstrated excellence in new business development, consultative selling, presentation and leadership skills
- A thorough understanding of sales techniques
