Main Responsibilities

As the Director of Product Marketing, you will work alongside the VP Product and business leaders to develop and maintain our business strategy and product strategies. Working across the full product lifecycle across our full product portfolio, key functions include:
  • Analyse and communicate market characteristics and needs (e.g. market analysis; customer analysis; competitor analysis; pipeline analysis)
  • Develop and deploy a robust market intimacy programme to ensure that Voice of the Customer is central to our business and product strategies
  • Define/support applicable product strategies and plans (e.g. business case development; functional/business specifications; quality metrics to evaluate product performance; roadmap development; value analysis)
  • Support the development and implementation of product programmes and releases (e.g. release review; product lifecycle management; capability enhancement; product documentation).
  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies and plans, through creation of compelling value propositions, narratives and thought leadership
  • Manage/support/update products and programmes (e.g. product performance; marketing and sales support; product customisation/optimisation)
  • Lead pricing and packaging on new initiatives
  • Develop messaging for product releases that are unique to the segment
  • Enable GTM and Sales teams for product releases

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations
  • Experience within a Product Strategy or Product Marketing role
  • Knowledge and understanding of the NHS
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with proven experience working closely with Senior leaders
