For this role, we require a minimum of 30 hours per week but are able to be flexible up to and including full time.Salary for 30 hours £51,603 per annum
(Full time equivalent is 37.50 per week salary £64,504 per annum)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a degree educated MCIPD qualified (or equivalent) HR professional who has experience of leading HR teams to deliver a comprehensive strategic service to staff at all levels. Extensive knowledge and experience in implementing organisational change is required.
This role is key in ensuring that St Luke’s has the capability needed to continue to deliver outstanding Palliative and End of Life Care and meet its objectives, while ensuring that workplace culture, practices, and policies achieve organisational objectives in line with our values. You will be part of the Senior Management Team (SMT) and instrumental in contributing to the development and innovation of St Luke’s Hospice, Plymouth,
