As such they are looking to bring on board a Director of Operations to ensure the high-quality delivery of their projects and play an integral part in the future growth of the business.Director Of Operations - The RoleIn this senior position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless integration of their activities to deliver high-quality final projects. You will be responsible for liaising with various stakeholders, overseeing project deliverables, and upholding industry regulations to maintain our strong marketplace reputation. Your expertise in operations management and dedication to quality control will be instrumental in driving their success.Director Of Operations - Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction activities including health & safety, worker participation & overall project performance
  • Lead the company in planning & ensuring the business is adequately resourced
  • Manage internal training requirements & identify any skill gaps
  • Manage budgets & costs effectively
  • Ensure key performance indicators are in place & project targets met
  • Implement any new policies & procedures relating to the construction process
Director Of Operations - You
  • Proven ability to own & deliver construction projects successfully
  • Pro-active, decisive & adaptable with an ability to manage high levels of pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, negotiation & communication skills
  • Existing experience in the natural gas or green energy sectors would be an advantage
