Your Experience
  • Commercially astute with experience in financial management, strategic development of clinical services
  • Solid experience in leading clinical teams, ideally across multiple departments
  • Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional
  • Evidence of continued professional development
  • Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability and HCPC Standards of Proficiency and the HCPC / GPC Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics
  • Fully aware of CQC legislation/standards
  • Understanding of service re-design, clinical pathways and system reform Commercial experience
