Our client based on the outskirts of Wetherby are looking for a Direct Sales Advisor to join their team. The role is to ensure customer quotations and customer orders are completed accurately, ensuring KPI’s, sales targets and customer demands are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicating directly with the customer upon receiving the first enquiry form via phone or email
  • Completing customer quotations and updating relevant systems throughout the process
  • Manage customers throughout the sales process including negotiating on price when and where needed
  • Upselling and advising customers on how to improve their kitchen
  • Ensure all customer records are updated on the CRM system
  • Liaison with all relevant departments across the business and 3rd party suppliers
  • Taking payments, processing free of charge orders and refunds
Key Skills
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Telephone experience
  • Customer service experience beneficial
