What you will do

As a result of recent growth, there is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Solution Sales Executive position. Our Digital Technology (DT) Sales teams are outcome based sellers developing and implementing technology solutions that link building, Information Technology/Business Systems and Speciality systems into a single converged network to achieve our customers’ desired business outcomes. Our DT solutions will reduce our customers’ capital and operating costs and improve the functionality of the building by providing communications network to exchange data, automate actions and provide critical information required to optimize systems and people performance throughout the life cycle of the building.

How you will do it

As our Digital Solutions Sales Executive you will be empowered to make decisions and effectively run key accounts whilst dealing with an element of ambiguity.

  • You will excel within a commercial environment, leading multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Directly responsible for sales plans on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for advanced digital offerings
  • Develop and present monthly business review of critical metrics for your assign areas of responsibility
  • Responsible for providing business and technical expertise to qualify opportunities and position advanced digital offerings with our customers. Comfortable working with and understanding needs of multiple departments and levels within the customer’s organization

What we look for

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, a related field or equivalent experience, Master’s preferred

Experience in enterprise software sales, data analytics, IT or other technology solutions sales, including direct to owner sales experience.

Consultative selling skills and ability to connect innovative solutions to customer needs.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate the value in complex and often tailored solutions

Large account management experience from a Digital Solutions environment

Ability to lead, influence and collaborate with both internal & external stakeholders at all levels

Ability to communicate our Digital Solutions strategy and vision in new technology direction
