We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Produceron a full time, permanent basis, you will join us on a full time, permanent basis on a salary of £30,000-£35,000.

As digital producer, you’ll manage the production and publishing of website campaign content across all devices. A natural born marketer, comfortable with HTML and CSS, you’ll be relentless in the pursuit of great content, from both a customer engagement and SEO perspective. You’ll insist on a data-driven approach that prompts clicks, drives conversion and delivers an optimum user experience.

You’ll be meticulously organised. Managing the onsite campaign production processes from briefing to reporting, you’ll ensure delivery excellence throughout. Working within our multichannel team, you’ll have experience in a similar role and will be completely comfortable multitasking and communicating effectively at all levels.

Key Responsibilities and results of our Digital Producer:

  • Manage the production and publishing of digital campaign content across homepage, landing pages, meganav and other rich content slots, ensuring accurate and timely switchovers via the ecommerce platform/CMS system and liaising with internal and agency teams as required
  • Coordinate the creation, sign off and uploading of optimised, on-brand digital assets to deliver digital multichannel campaign refreshes and tactical promotions onsite, across all devices.
  • Collaborate and build lasting relationships with creative, trading and digital marketing teams to produce best in class assets
  • Ensure all digital content loaded is legal, accessible, up to date and relevant
  • Proofread all content prior to go live ensuring 100% accuracy
  • Manage and implement onsite campaign processes that drive efficiency and ensure campaign creation on time and error free
- Pre- and post-campaign analysis and reporting on digital content/campaign performance, opportunities and key learnings by analysing user behaviour, conversion data and the customer journey, primarily using GA, Hotjar and A/B testing platforms. Collect and use data to evaluate existing campaigns and inform new campaigns
  • Produce regular campaign reports on KPIs including on-site creative performance
  • Create, test, implement and manage promotional/discount codes
  • Support the CXO team with the implementation of A/B and multi-variant testing including personalisation
  • Work with members of the multichannel team and other departments on digital content requirements and assist in managing cross-departmental projects involving digital content
  • Provide ad hoc support to the trading and digital team
  • Monitor competitive activity within the marketplace, recommending improvements and highlighting new developments
Key skills and attributes we are looking for in our Digital Producer:

  • Degree or business qualification
  • Demonstrative experience and understanding of web content management, CMS and site structure
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Understanding of website usability best practices and how these drive conversion.
  • Experience of optimising web pages
  • Ideally experience of multi-variant or A/B testing
  • Team player with a sunny disposition, a can-do approach and the drive to succeed
  • Proven ability of working with internal teams and external agencies
  • Ability to interpret analytical data with evidence of delivering quantifiable results
  • Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to communicate and influence across all levels
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
  • You demand high standards of your own work and set an equally high expectation from colleagues and stakeholders
  • Focus and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
