Job description
Digital print administrator:
As a digital print administrator, you will be responsible for creating and printing orders of service and printing all internal publications.
You will draft orders of service using desk top publishing and liaise with funeral directors, branch administrators and families to amend and approve these prior to production.
You will then produce and collate the approved order of service booklets.
Basic maintenance of the printer, including changing toner, drums and restocking paper will be required.
Additional Administration responsibilities:
As an administrator you are the first point of contact for families and will provide a caring and professional service for the bereaved.
Liaising with the client in support of the Funeral Director.
Assist Funeral Directors to ensure that all administration is processed efficiently.
Providing an internal and client facing quality of response.
Liaise with all network offices to ensure good communication.
Other duties may include
Provide Receptionist /Administrator cover when required.
Creating playlists for crematoria services using online music systems
Basic editing of video files from funeral services

Be an effective communicator and the ability to quickly and naturally establish meaningful relationships with clients and various stakeholders.
Previous experience in a customer facing role.
Knowledge and experience working with desktop publishing packages, Microsoft office and adobe would be beneficial.
Experience using printers, guillotines and booklet folding machines.
Excellent attention to detail.
Organisational skills and the ability to successfully multi-task and prioritise workload, manage own time effectively and take ownership of projects and tasks.
Awareness of client confidentiality, information security and data protection.
Salary and Benefits Offered
Starting Salary of £19,000-23,000
Full-time 09.00-17.00 Mon-Fri
Permanent position with initial 12 months maternity cover in specialist role.
