The Rolls-Royce and Bentley Enthusiasts Club (RREC) is a members club that delivers a wide range of regional, national and international events across venues that include the NEC, Stately Homes, Hotels and Multi-Destination Car Tours (in the UK and Europe).

Job purpose

As Digital Marketing & Website Manager within a small entity premium sector you will be involved in the implementation, refinement and optimisation of digital marketing.

You will be working across various digital channels, and naturally, your work will see you involved across many tasks. This role, in particular, will have multiple focuses including holding suppliers to account, delivering the strategy and providing training to our members.

This role has strategic and operational responsibility for key club functions and processes. Although not exhaustive this includes: brand and reputation management; the development and production of integrated marketing communications both on and offline; club public relations; internal and external communications; member support and training and a range of externally focused projects and sponsorship arrangements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Lead responsibility for the club’s website and presentation of digital content – taking a leading role in delivering the club’s digital strategy and advising Sections and Registrars on their digital presence.

2. Provide customer-oriented critique of our platforms and manage continuous improvement, with our providers.

3. Work closely with internal and external colleagues in the inaugural creation and delivery of a Board approved Media Plan with the aim of exploiting all channels to ensure an outstanding member experience.

4. Identify, recommend and control budgets whilst also reallocating resource where applicable to ensure value for money solutions.

5. Manage and deliver digital projects from brief to delivered outputs, working closely with nominated project lead. Be on hand to troubleshoot technical questions and challenges experienced within individual projects.

6. Oversee ongoing developments to the website, working closely with the supplier, external agencies and internal colleagues to ensure changes are prioritised effectively, delivered on time and add value.

7. Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on overall digital activity and analytics, including campaign-related activity - to inform future decisions.

8. Managing the website, increasing SEO, optimising the flow of users

9. Maintain the ongoing performance of SEO, digital channels (such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc) and email marketing, and implement any quick wins or fixes to keep momentum whilst we build new systems.

10. Create great content and grow the club’s digital footprint. Including the recording and editing of video tutorials (eg technical workshops, Website/CRM usage tutorials).

11. Ensuring that all Club Sections and Registers are incorporated into the digital marketing strategy and club style guide

12. Train our specialist experts and members so that they can use our systems to provide technical help pages and support.

Managing all paid advertising online, print advertising and social media ads.

Running digital campaigns encompassing emails, automation, advertising and whatever else you recommend we need to explore.The Events Manager is expected to:

· Conduct short and long-term planning and management for events and sales.

· Facilitate the build, delivery and execution of national events, attendance at the NEC and other event venues.

· Develop the budget, marketing plans, objectives and manages within those approved plans.

· Maintain or exceed budgeted sales and profits in all event areas.

· Recommend, develop, and implement effective communication/marketing plans for generating event attendance and revenues.

· Evaluate each piece of event business to ensure efficient delivery.

· Assemble creative and innovative event attractions in-house, or where capacity limitations are identified, outsource to qualified vendors.

· Train, supervise, and work with colleagues and volunteers, to solicit and book banquet and catering functions, as well as the planning, merchandising and execution of the functions.

· Build long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives.

· Administer all phases of event, including but not limited to sales, planning, marketing, communication, servicing, delivery, and administrative procedures.

· Reflect the Club’s service standards and procedures.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

· Graduate preferred with hospitality experience beneficial

· At least 1-2 years’ experience in a senior role in events management

· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Customer service focussed.

· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

· Excellent time management skills and able to work occasional weekends and evenings.

· Attention to detail and problem solving skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task

· A flair for marketing

· Experience in publication and layout would be beneficial
