The Marketing Team sits at the heart of our business supporting both the acquisition of new customers as well as the retention of our existing customers. It’s an exciting time for the team as we build on our successes and continue to invest in our marketing to drive inbound enquiries to support our sales and account management teams.

Digital channels are clearly a critical element and that’s why we are now looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing business. Working alongside the Divisional Marketing Managers you will spearhead our digital marketing strategy to ensure that our online and content marketing campaigns are performing and delivering the team’s targeted number of qualified leads.

Skills & Experience

  • Genuine interest and passion for all things digital with a hands-on, can do attitude
  • Good working knowledge and understanding of Google and social media platforms and how their algorithms can impact online marketing performance
  • Highly analytical with proven ability to interpret data and identify trends, areas for concern and high performing activity
  • Good working knowledge of the suite of Google analytical tools
  • Knowledge of SEM Rush (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience of delivering successful PPC / re-marketing ad campaigns that deliver qualified leads
  • Good digital content writing skills – in particular, creating engaging social media content
  • Strong skills in MS Office, in particular Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at any one time
  • Highly motivated, can demonstrate initiative, and communicates with flair
  • Service driven and professional with an organised and enthusiastic approach
  • Used to working to targeted KPIs
  • Digital Marketing qualification, or minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Adobe Creative Suite also desirable
