A growing brand of kids’ food and snacks is looking for an entrepreneurial Digital Marketing Manager to join their team and own the whole customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical digital marketing plans that drive consumer brand awareness and acquisition
  • Develop, manage and implement the UK digital marketing plans and metrics which deliver against the marketing strategy
  • Create their digital model: own, capture, propagate and continuously Improve
  • Work alongside the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director to create the annual brand plan
  • Agency management: Media and Website agencies
  • Manages media partnerships and digital campaigns driving performance and optimisations
  • Own website optimisation
  • Social Channels strategy/plan/execution/evaluation
  • Understand e-commerce principles (specifically online retailer media and Amazon)
  • Support content strategy development

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Wide digital marketing experience including social media, website, content, e-commerce
  • Experience in FMCG a plus
  • An outstanding communicator and presenter both orally and visually
  • Team player: able to build relationships quickly and influence diverse stakeholders
  • An ability to prioritise, organise and deliver results in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
  • Confident in proposing solutions on how to improve and drive the brand forward
  • Strong negotiating skills and persistence despite obstacles.
