At LucidCX, we champion customer engagement and we are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Executive to play a key role in supporting our marketing team with content creation and copywriting. If you know how to handle various online marketing tools creatively, this position is for you. You will collaboratively work with different teams to coordinate our marketing, advertising and promotional activities. Ultimately, you should be able to promote our company and increase engagement. Responsibilities: Design and create content for different channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Email Marketing, Video). Support the wider team with marketing campaigns. Maintain a strong online company voice through social media. Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency. Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability Reporting capabilities. Stay up-to-date with digital media developments. Skills: Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive. Graphic design skills. Video editing. Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud apps (After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills for copywriting. BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant experience field.
