Talk Staff is looking for a hardworking, motivated Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Marketing Manager who shares a passion for creating comprehensive marketing strategy coupled with a desire to develop an industry-leading brand. We are working with a fantastic client based in Burton-on-Trent who are offering a hands-on role where you will be responsible for multi-channel marketing to effectively raise brand awareness, increase revenue and promote sustainable long-term growth. To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials: Solid experience in Digital Marketing with a particular focus on ecommerce Proven track record of developing multi-channel Digital Marketing strategies Excellent understanding of SEO, Social Media and Paid Media strategies Able to produce engaging copy Thorough knowledge of Google Analytics, Adwords, Shopping & Insights Excellent analytical mind-set Able to multi-task and deliver projects within strict deadlines The ideal candidate will have background working in product marketing with a knowledge of Magento a massive plus. Bonus points if you have HTML knowledge or Graphic Design knowledge too. Within this position, you’ll also be: Leading the Marketing team in developing overall Marketing strategy Working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure Sales strategy ensures consistent growth Creating brand awareness on digital channels Conducting competitor-analysis Creating multi-channel marketing schedule Managing social media channels Driving conversions on websites Utilising data and insights to identify opportunities and inform on strategy Ensuring all content is SEO-friendly and designed to increase visibility Creating engaging email marketing campaigns to support with sales initiatives Working with the team to design and develop digital and physical artwork for the website, social media and events Liaising with 3rd party suppliers where required Salary & Working Hours £35,000 Full-time, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Talk Staff Recruitment is an established division of Talk Staff Group and works with companies throughout the East Midlands and UK with roles including many areas such as: Accountancy & Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Contact Centre and Office Support.
