The Livingreen Group of Companies are seeking an ambitious self starting digital media professional.

Within the group their are currently three companies, all leaders in their fields
Livingreen Design is the UKs premier manufacturer of commercial grade planter’s and outdoor furniture
Fibreglass Works is Scotlands leading sub contract manufacturer of fibreglass products for multiple industries
Custom Creation Paints formulates and manufactures specialist paints which are sold throughout the world

The successful candidate will work with the Sales and Marketing Director on all aspects of the on line presence of each company. Each business has its own websites and social media channels and it will be your role to devise and constantly update a marketing plan for each, creating and posting content and cooperating with external developers to maintain and upgrade the websites. Ideally you will have a relevant degree, good knowledge of google analytics and a talent in creating eye-catching content for the full range of social media platforms. Excellent writing, photography and graphic skills will all be required. In addition you will need to be able to speak confidently and knowledgably to customers both on the phone and face to face, assisting with the daily sales process and at frequent trade fairs.

You will need to be highly motivated, an excellent problem solver and able to work independently without the need for constant supervision. This is an incredible opportunity to prove your skill in an exciting range of different businesses, which could greatly further your career.

Job Role:

· Creating innovative social, email and marketing communication across all three companies, posting on a daily basis

· To assist with the day-to-day running of the website, which includes uploading of information and maintaining the optimisation of the companies ecommerce platforms

· Updating the websites and using analytics to help maximise leads and sales

· Working closely with external website developers to ensure the smooth running of the websites and helping in the design of their replacements on a rolling programme

· Assisting in the day to sales process, becoming a product champion and speaking confidently to customers

Experience:

· 1-2 year’s experience working in an Ecommerce environment preferred although graduate leavers will be considered depending upon experience and their portfolio of work

· knowledge of and experience in using Google analytics

· Experience using design and graphic packages and excellent photographic and writing skills

· Experience of a customer facing role

· A strong ability to problem-solve and trouble shoot and work in a fast paced environment

· Positive, proactive, and supportive nature with an eagerness to become a key part of the business
