The role will assist the marketing team to define, design, build and implement digital campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms to drive customer acquisition, customer engagement, customer support and customer retention for the Kycker platform and to work as part of a team to deliver digital marketing campaigns.

We would look at this moving into the full degree at the completion of the apprenticeship.

The position would cover developing skills in basic coding; basic marketing principles; understanding the customer lifecycle; the role of customer relationship marketing; the main components of Digital and Social Media Strategies; the principles of all search marketing, search engine optimisation, e-mail marketing, web analytics and metrics, mobile apps and Pay-Per-Click and the similarities and differences, including positives and negatives, of all the major digital and social media platforms.

We see the position to be essential to the development of the company and would work across both the distribution and publishing teams.

Duties will include:

· Create, upload and monitor social media marketing campaigns

· Create and upload copy and images for the organisation’s website

· Write and dispatch email marketing campaigns / newsletters

· Provide accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI)

· Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums

· Design social / website banners and assist with web visuals

· Use web analytics software to monitor the performance of Kycker platform and make recommendations for improvement
