Salary: £15 - £17k (Depending on experience/skill-set)

Hours:36.5 per week, 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 4.00pm on Friday

Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays

We are looking for a candidate who has some basic knowledge of SEO, social media and/or email marketing (and other digital marketing techniques is a bonus!). You must be able to work to strict deadlines, and have a proactive, can-do attitude. What you’ll be doing

You will work directly with the digital marketing team to assist with our digital marketing services, carry out administrative tasks and be responsible for delivering efficient customer support and building strong relationships with our clients. We are looking for a proactive digital marketing assistant to assist our busy, fast-paced digital marketing team.

The key job responsibilities will include

  • Supporting the Digital Account Manager and digital marketing team with marketing activities
  • SEO tasks including keyword research, link building and writing metadata
  • Creating and sending email campaigns
  • Perform administrative and research tasks to assist the digital marketing team
  • Organic social media management (for Dolia and our clients)
  • Social ad creation
  • Use of Google tools including Google Search Console and Google Analytics
  • Website support, maintenance & updates
  • Establish and maintain client relationships via support requests and other digital marketing activities

What you need to know

  • Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and written skills
  • Creative thinker
  • Proactive with a can-do attitude
  • Able to follow instructions and work independently and work well as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good time management and organised (including multitasking!)
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (and scheduling tools)
  • Some knowledge of search engine optimisation (SEO)
  • Some knowledge of HTML / CSS / Website editing skills would be advantageous
  • Some understanding of email marketing software - e.g. MailChimp, Campaign Monitor
  • Some knowledge of Adobe software including Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator would be excellent
