Key Responsibilities

Working within the Marketing Team, you will be responsible for the maintenance of multiple websites for our bar and restaurant brands. You will plan and execute weekly email campaigns, driving traffic to our websites. Your focus will be on the customer journey, ensuring every website visitor has a positive Arc experience.

Writing content for our 3 brands – Banyan, BOX and Manahatta – you should feel comfortable being able to quickly adapt your style to fit each of our brand’s tone of voice.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Writing creative and engaging copy for website content.

· Managing the day-to-day website maintenance and auditing.

· Using Google Analytics to monitor, analyse and report on website performance.

· Plan, build and send successful weekly email campaigns to our database of subscribers for each brand.

· Work with our external website providers to plan future development.

· Undertake audience research and keep up to date with the latest digital and hospitality trends.

Essential Requirements:

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to write exciting and engaging copy.

· Ability to work independently with excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Experience of the digital content creation either in professional or personal life.

· Knowledge of online technology such as content management systems (CMS) and other marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar.

Desirable skills & qualities

· Degree level qualification in Marketing, PR or Business would be desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from final year students or those with equalling work experience.

· Knowledge or experience with SEO and Google Analytics would be desirable.
