If so, apply now A Typical Day in the Job: Interacting with their audience on all social media channels Scheduling posts on our social media channels Working with the team to create content based on trends and brand/product launches Working alongside the online marketing & design team to brief in artwork for campaigns Administrative tasks to support the online marketing team (Sending influencer boxes/organising product samples etc) Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £13,000 - £15,000 per annum Monday Friday 9 am 5 pm Hybrid working, Monday Wednesday office-based, Thursday and Friday WFH 25 days holidays plus 8 bank holidays Sick pay policy, 5 days paid 2 kitchens with breakfast and lunches all provided JD membership discount, £9.99 a month Great career progression opportunities Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: Great communication skills to liaise with clients, work within the team and reply to social media messages, comments Must be able to work to deadlines Experience using Adobe Photoshop or InDesign Strong speaking and written skills Grade 4/C in English and Maths or equivalent is required for this role Your Training with Baltic: This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualifications and experience you need to immerse yourself in an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Content creator.
