Digital Marketing Apprentice

You will be required to work from home full time for this position with the requirment to visit your manager two times a week.

To join the full-time Marketing & Communications team at Qinesis in providing expertise in PR, marketing & communications within Qinesis in order to raise awareness of & positively promote the work of Qinesis.

Duties may include:

• To generate marketing communications for Qinesis customers in the UK & across Europe
• To be responsible for securing regular positive coverage of Qinesis in the local & regional print & broadcast media
• Be the gatekeeper of the Qinesis brand, to ensure consistency of style & message in all promotional activity & information
• Work with the Qinesis Marketing & Communications team, consultants, trainers & coaches to produce, carry out, monitor & review an internal & external marketing & media strategy for Qinesis & our customers
• Work with all departments in the organisation to support & promote BD activity
• Enhance the reputation & perception of Qinesis through well targeted communications, with appropriate content delivered through the appropriate media.
• Support all marketing activity for Qinesis
• Support all marketing activity for Qinesis clients & team of consultants, coaches & trainers
• Ensure a proactive approach to generating media interest for Qinesis
• Produce &/or coordinate the production of up to date, high quality promotional/marketing e literature in a variety of formats including leaflets, booklets, adverts & posters
• Arrange photography & manage the photo library
• Ensure all staff follow the Qinesis Communications Brandbook
• Proofread on communication produced by all other departments
• Review & update the website on a regular basis & ensure that it provides factually correct & up to date information
• Assist the development & sending of the Qinesis e-magazine
• Assist in writing & editing all marketing communications for Qinesis & its marketing clients
• Assist the Qinesis consultants, coaches & trainers with the development of a variety of information resources
• Assistance with all Qinesis & clients events & conferences, including the preparation of supporting material for conferences, training & events
• Support the timely provision of high quality exhibition/display materials
• Write Qinesis case studies for all media channels
• Identify opportunities for advertising & marketing that may generate BD opportunities for Qinesis

GCSE at grade A-C/8-4 in maths and English or equivalent.
