With over 25 years of experience in bridal wear, we know what customers want when choosing their dress. That’s why we give all of our brides helpful, honest advise and support when selecting the dress whilst giving them the room they need to make that all important decision.

  • Interacting with customers on social media: Facebook, Instagram, Pintrest and Tik Tok
  • Answering social media inbound queries
  • Booking Appointments
  • Making Tik Tock / Instagram videos promoting the business and stock
  • Updating new stock lines and sale items as and when required
  • Photographing and profiling stock for social media
  • Showcasing the best and trending wedding dress to customers
  • Assisting the Bridal shop as customer service assistant
  • Advising customers on the latest trends and brands in Bridal fashion using the knowledge gained from profiling online stock
  • Liaising with colleagues to advise on updated stock/sale items and bridal fashion trends
  • Assisting with dress alteration and sizing, directly liaising with customers to ensure they have the ultimate wedding shopping experience
  • Upselling new stock, fashion trends and accessories
  • Assisting in decoration of the shop
  • Provide individual and dedicated services to different customers
