Overview:

It’s a really exciting time to join, as the Company are implementing loads of changes, feverishly building and releasing new products and launching into new territories and they are now looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Content Copywriter Apprentice to join the growing Content team.

You will need to have a creative flare, sharp attention to detail, and demonstrate empathy and knowledge of the different approaches needed for different types of businesses and campaigns. You will also have a desire to be part of building something great, as the team grows.

Main responsibilities:

  • Your primary responsibility will be for delivering technically and creatively-outstanding copy for our clients’ websites, to help our Account Managers deliver strategies for customers to achieve their online goals.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to use or develop wider digital marketing skills, including:

  • Content upload
  • Local link building strategies
  • Google My Business page creation and optimisation
  • Website optimisation.

You will also perform a crucial role in providing communication support for our customers and content creation for different types: digital media, websites, blogs etc.

Desirable skills

  • Able to demonstrate fundamental knowledge of and interest in the digital marketing landscape
  • Basic knowledge of off-page SEO is very desirable.
  • Some experience with working with CMS such as WordPress.

It would also be an advantage if you had familiarity or experience in using Google My Business and have basic HTML and CSS skills.

Entry requirements:

You need to have 5 GCSE’s

  • Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades D or above
  • 3x GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject

You must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same level, or higher level than this apprenticeship.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
