Possibl are hiring for a Digital Learning Project Manager on behalf of a growing learning and development agency. They specialise in providing digital learning solutions and leadership development to the Automotive Manufacturing sector to support a broad variety of learning initiatives.The ideal candidate:
Will have a background that includes managing global, complex projects, ideally in a learning and development setting. Expertise spans the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to evaluation. Given our dynamic nature as a small business, we are seeking an agile individual willing to support various activities as needed. The ideal candidate will possess robust experience in managing both client and internal projects.
Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of learning projects from inception to completion
Ensure the creation and maintenance of up-to-date project documents
Manage client relations and collaborate with the internal team on project status
Coordinate with other client teams regarding project status and deliverables
Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, including estimation and budgeting
Ensure proper documentation of all project-related materials in the project management system
Generate monthly reports on project status, costs, and issues
Manage time sheets for each client to ensure accurate billing and expense collection
Assist in the preparation of proposals
Foster the development of the internal team’s project management competence
Requirements
5+ years of project management experience
Automotive industry experience
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
