THE ROLE

The Digital Creative role will work closely and collaboratively with the management team to support brand building engagement, product launches and build the business through digital means. The Digital Creative will be responsible for scheduling, creating and the delivery of high quality digital tools and content across different social media platforms. The main areas of focus will be social media (including Instagram, Facebook and Google My Business), as well as digital content for events and services. The applicant will also have strong retail experience in delivering 5 star customer service and be proactive in sales on the shop floor.


ABOUT OUR STORE

We relocated to a far larger store in December 2019, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are yet to have traded for a full year, so we are still learning about this brand new store and the lovely customers that come with it. Therefore any candidate must be adaptable and resilient in a fast paced, ever developing environment.

Our store has a passion for the local community and loves to hold events! Any new team member must have a keen interest in building relationships and have some fresh new ideas in order to diversify our events and impact on the Milton Keynes community.

  • Creative and innovative with digital tools
  • Organised and confident in scheduling, using Google suite and photo editing software
  • Able to detect trends and react quickly to capitalise on them
  • Skilled in photography and videography
  • An excellent communicator, comfortable with collaborative working.
  • Have a strong work ethic and passionate about development.
  • Available to work a minimum of four days over a seven day week, which include peak trading hours/days.
  • Experience in retail and delivering 5* customer service
  • Comfortable thinking outside the box, using their initiative to try new ways of doing things
  • Flexible to work their hours in line with the needs of the business
  • A team worker who is able to listen and implement ideas
  • Keen to continually learn from opportunities and celebrate every success
