Job Purpose & Spec

We are looking for a talented, creative and energetic team player to join us.

An energetic and innovative Content Creator & Videographer is sought to work with our Sales Team, External Suppliers and Marketing Agencies to further develop the Kiddies Kingdom Brand profile on Social Media and other Marketing Channels.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for turning creative ideas into compelling video and social media content and will be responsible for planning, filming, editing and publishing video content to reach and attract a wide audience.

Responsibilities include:

• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and written content for social media channels, other digital platforms.
• Work with our External agencies to work on strategy, content planning and execution
• Working on Paid Marketing campaigns including Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, Facebook, Insta and TikTok
• Manage the social media accounts including ideation creating and scheduling content & captioning for our social media platforms (Currently, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn).
• Brand led content/planning/scheduling
• A point of contact between Kiddies Kingdom and the our Agencies for Social Media.
• Create and self-edit content for social platforms and website.
• Support management with social media reports.
• Keeping up to date with social media trends and industry news, and reporting back suggestions and opportunities for growth to wider business.
• Create and lead powerful story through social media channels, bringing the brand to life through socials and sharing our story, purpose and products in platform-specific content.
• Liaise with our 3rd Party Suppliers to plan in content.
• Meet the business KPIs for growth on Social Media.

Person Specification/Skills

• 1+ years experience in a creating and editing Videos using mainstream software
• Natural Creative Flare.
• A good understanding and experience of ALL Social Media Platforms.
• Understanding of all key Social Media channels.
• Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives.
• Proficient in Google Suite especially Gdrive
• Innovative and a forward-thinking candidate who will work hard and enthusiastically take on many responsibilities.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to influence and interact with senior management.
• Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model.
• Actively listens and participates within a team environment.
• Portfolio of work conducted will be necessary

Salary & Hours

• Mon – Fri (9 - 5:30)
• £25k - £27k + Bonus
• 20 + 8 Bank Holidays.
• Location – Kiddies Kingdom HQ, Mill St East,Dewsbury, WF12 9BD
