Blended Working – 2 days office, 3 days remote

Salary: £28-32k per annum

Purpose of The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join ZONE3 at a time of significant growth. We are looking for someone with a passion for social media and digital content, and a thirst for personal development with a brand & community they feel passionate about.

You will be working closely with the team to devise and deliver content-focused campaigns focused on driving awareness & engagement across all digital channels, in particular social. The ideal candidate will have the desire to pursue a career within social media and digital content, and be naturally creative with the ability to write engaging copy, whilst also support with data and analytics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop the ZONE3 social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Create captivating content for all social media & digital channels, which may include writing blogs, articles, posts, and multimedia content.
• Maintain a hands-on approach to community management. Interact with the ZONE3 community, respond to all comments, and instigate two-way conversations. This includes outreach beyond our own channels to grow the audience and increase engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies.
• Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends and create plans to implement these into the ZONE3 social & content mix.
• Develop and oversee competitions and campaigns to grow following, brand awareness, and community interaction.
• Set measurable goals for campaigns, and report on the Return on Investment (ROI).
• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to create a holistic and effective online content marketing strategy, ensuring opportunities for guest & partner content are maximised.
• Weekly analysis of the social media strategy and creation of weekly/monthly reports.
• Develop and deliver the social media calendar, ensuring alignment with all broader campaigns, activations, new product launches, events, community activities, and cultural moments.
• Work with team members to brief and oversee the production of social assets with the in-house creative and/or external videographers and production teams.
• Ensure all social output is on brand and complies with brand guidelines & TOV.

Required skills

• Experience working in a similar role & a passion and deep understanding of social media & content creation.
• Creative with a great eye for detail and a passion for idea generation.
• Experience in content creation for SEO.
• Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A self-starter with initiative and a can-do attitude.
• A flexible, can do attitude with good problem-solving skills.
• A solid understanding of social media platforms and digital channels, and knowledge of emerging trends, technologies, and the social landscape.
• Knowledge and understanding of social listening tools.
• A great communicator who enjoys collaborating across multiple teams.
• Analytical and results-driven.

This role is an integral part of a wider eCommerce & marketing team consisting of 8. As such, you will be working closely with all members of the team to ensure a world-class premium message is presented across all platforms.
