Southwark College, part of NCG (a leading national provider of education and training), is looking to recruit Digital Communications Representatives. As Digital Communications Representative you will join our virtual services team.

The successful candidate will have direct interaction with customers and will be responsible for answering student and customer queries in real-time, resolving issues, converting enquiries and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

You will work within a dynamic and supportive marketing team to ensure the digital and virtual communications for our London brands is relevant and responsive for each target market.
