DevOps Engineer

Are you currently a DevOps Engineer looking for a new challenge? Or maybe you’re an aspiring DevOps enthusiast currently in a Software Engineering or Sys Admin role?

Work with some of the newest technologies in the DevOps space!

Here at Raytheon UK we are hiring a DevOps Engineer to join our growing team as part of our Cyber Innovation Centre. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects utilising the newest technologies to protect our customers’ critical infrastructure from the most complex of threats.

You will get involved with building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, Monitoring environments as well as looking for opportunities to continuously improve – finding pain points and automating wherever possible.

You will be using a mixture of the following tools and technologies:

  • Terraform –for IAAC
  • Jenkins/Chef/Puppet –For CI pipelines
  • Docker & Kubernetes – As containers / orchestration
  • AWS Or Azure –We run a dual cloud environment

We don’t expect you to have experience of all these tools – especially in a commercial setting! But if you understand what it truly means to be a DevOps Engineer, we’d be interested in a conversation. We can help teach the technology but not enthusiasm.
