Role / Team Overview

Due to continued expansion the opportunity has arisen for a motivated and driven surveyor to join a successful, expanding consultancy team. Sitting within a wider Development department, this is a well-established team experienced at providing consultancy advice on a wide range of mixed use and residential development opportunities and projects for developers, local authorities, Government agencies and landowners across the North of England.

Part of a wider development team of 22 people across Manchester & Leeds focusing on development agency and consultancy across the North West and Yorkshire Region, the successful candidate will be based in Leeds but will work closely with the development consultancy team in Manchester and some travel between the two locations is expected. Both the Manchester & Leeds offices are multidisciplinary hubs, which also offer a wide range of other services.

The role will involve working across the Savills wider business including the development division, planning, residential development sales and residential capital markets. It is key that this person is experienced in business generation and is well-known in the Yorkshire development market. They will have a strong interest in growing the business and seeking new opportunities, including managing existing client relationships, targeting new business and building on their established professional network.
