Join our Development team as a Development Assistant

Our Development team sits at the heart of our vision to provide places to call home, with an aim to deliver 5000 homes over ten years. We are responsible for the acquisition, delivery and sales of new-build properties across London and the South East.

The role


We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Development Assistant in London. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Assist in the compilation of information required for monitoring and management of schemes
  • Research technical information and produce summaries and suggested actions
  • Research and maintain procedures
  • To co-ordinate internal review processes to get feedback from wider business
  • Under direction to source, brief and appoint consultants for schemes and defects, and assist with ongoing performance monitoring.
  • To play an active role in meetings with residents, contractors and consultants
  • To attend meetings and take minutes
  • Carry out void inspections
  • To maintain records in line with agreed formats
  • Processing of payments
  • Various administrative duties as instructed
