CK Group are recruiting for a Development Analyst with a strong Chemistry background to join a growing biopharmaceutical company at their site in London, on a permanent basis.
The Company:
Therapeutic focus is on treating respiratory infections and developing new formulations, with a number of their products undergoing multiple clinical trials against a variety of diseases.
The Role:
Reporting into the Principal Scientist, the successful candidate will be hands-on in the laboratory activities and assist in R&D on our clients product portfolio utilising the therapeutic delivery of Nitric Oxide.
The role involves experimentation and data analysis, and you should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Strong numerical / problem solving
- Data-handling skills
- Ability to code (Python or similar), or proven ability to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to pick up new concepts quickly
- Ability to work in a small team and carry out research
- Carry out data analysis and be evidence-led in the interpretation of data
Your Background:
- Masters (1st Class) or Doctorate, degree in Chemistry or equivalent plus exceptional academic record i.e. A* Chemistry at A-level, coupled with Chemistry 1st degree or more
- Strong numerical ability
- Excel (advanced / macros / VBA), or Python or similar, an advantage.
