Delightful Desserts are coming to a location near you! We are a well-known, reputable, indulgent dessert parlour, serving a range of waffles, crepes, sundaes, milkshakes, cookie dough, cakes and an amazing selection of over 40 different flavours of ice-cream!

We are looking to recruit bubbly, enthusiastic and energetic team members for our store.

The job will involve all aspects of the business, from providing great customer service to creating our amazing desserts. You will be expected to have good communication skills to meet and greet customers, an eye for creating delightful desserts and be a great team player.

Team Member Responsibilities and duties:

  • Warm, friendly and entertaining while serving customers
  • Able to think on their feet and use their initiative
  • Able to cope under pressure
  • Demonstrate multi-tasking with ease
  • Able to work as part of team
  • Provide outstanding customer service and be able to anticipate customer’s needs and expectations
  • Maintain high hygiene standards as well as demonstrate food preparation skills
  • Provide quality desserts and beverages to all customers according to recipe and presentation standards
  • Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
  • Follow Delightful Desserts policies and procedures, including cash handling
  • Maintain clean and organised work space

Team Member Key Attributes:

  • Hardworking and dedicated
  • Previous experience in restaurants, busy retail or hospitality operation. This is not necessary but experience is preferred.
  • Flexibility in work timings: weekdays, weekends, evenings and closing time
  • Ability to multi task

The shifts available are: -

5pm-11 pm
