We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working individual to join our ever growing team and work in our brand new Bolton Branch...This is an exciting time to join us!!!

Essential

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE!!! Please only apply if you have the relevant experience

- Must have proven excellent customer service skills

- Must have previous experience in preparing/making desserts/cakes/milkshakes

- Must be able to multi task and work under pressure and in a very face paced environment

- Must be able to, with the correct training prepare desserts to the correct standards of the Cakeawy brand

Duties include:

- Serve and advise customers in house.

- Answer incoming customer calls regarding order enquiries / making new orders.

- Be able to deal with any customer issues / complaints with a satisfactory outcome and excellent level of customer service.

- Work well on their own or part of a team.

Job Types: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: between 7am-7pm Mon- Sun

Salary: £8.00- £10.00 p/h depending on experience
