Job description

The Despatch Champion is someone who is fast paced, working as a team to getting all the orders despatched on time with a high level of accuracy. They will need to be organised and efficient and be constantly looking for ways to improve on their personal best. They will be prepared to do some flexible hours so if we are busy we could start earlier and when we are quiet then go early as long as total hours stay the same, Being Physically fit is a key attribute to the role as you may be required to help out with unloading containers or repacking goods from time to time.

Performance Objectives

1. Goods packaged neatly and professionally, labels straight, pallets built to be stable loads,

2. Orders despatched on time & in full to be 99% or better.

3. Minimum despatch accuracy to be 99.6% - target is 100%

4. Hit the average of 70 pick and pack rate

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
