My client is an international biotechnology company with 19 locations across 12 countries. Their range of products, including Covid mutation tests, are helping to fight back against the ongoing global pandemic. They are looking for a Desktop Support Specialist with an appropriate background to join their team on a fixed term contract basis for 8 months.

Your responsibilities will include:
Working with the rest of the global support team to help ensure that the telephone systems are effectively manned
Ensuring personal and regional ticket queues are well managed
Stock administration and procurement
Management of hardware and software that is distributed to employees

Your ideal profile will include:
Excellent experience working within the IT industry, ideally in addition to experience working in customer service
Experience working with agile methodology
Experience using knowledge management systems
Good time management and organisational skills
