Do you have previous technology experience and a good base level of general IT knowledge? Do you have excellent time/task management skills? Can demonstrate a track record of meeting and maintaining SLA’s? If so, then we may have the perfect role for you!We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join our in-house Technology team based in Liverpool. You will deliver excellent technical/non-technical reactive and proactive deskside support with outstanding customer service, satisfaction, and efficiency within the firm’s IT budget and service level commitments.
