Desktop Support - 1st & 2nd Line Support - 3 days a week in London office

ITIL / Office 365 / Powershell

£40-43k pa

An excellent opportunity for a dedicated and proactive Desktop Support Engineer to work in a supportive and knowledgeable team for a successful global financial services company.

Providing 1st and 2nd line support this role will involve a high level of customer liaison on the telephone, via email and virtual meetings as well as face-to-face.

Working in an ITIL environment you will be supporting Office 365 and Azure Active Directory as well as administering and using Patch & Software Deployment tools.

You should also have experience in Powershell script writing.

Personality is key in this role, as part of a small team you will be enthusiastic and dedicated to providing excellent customer experience.
