We have a unique opportunity with our client who is a leading competitor in the Consumables market who provides, simply put, a solution to get their client’s the products they require. To do this they have developed a range of options, that allow their client’s to use them as a one stop shop.

Their managed and value-added products & services have been developed to be the only solution their clients could ever need.

We are looking for a talented Desk-based Account Manager who can build strong relationships with their existing client base and assist with new inquiries, including demonstrating to potential clients how their product and service work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively handle customer contact via calls and online leads
  • Develop client relationships through being their first point of contact and ensure customer satisfaction is met.
  • Identify and develop any sales opportunities from both existing and inquiring businesses
  • Help potential customers solve their business problems through excellent consultation
  • Demonstrate how the products and service work in an engaging and articulate way
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: articulate, confident, self-aware, and personable character
  • A real interest in technology
  • Self-starter who is proactive and can think on their feet
  • Confident and well presented
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, creative thinker with an appreciation of business goals
  • Ability to work under pressure, organise and prioritise key tasks
