An exciting opportunity has arisen for an in-house designer to join our team. We are a long-established (1907) family-run supplier of Bags and accessories to various high street retailers.

This is a friendly small team and you will assist in the designing within the company getting to work on a wide range of products and design tasks. You will also be required to work closely with the sales team on design elements they may need.

This role could suit a junior designer with some experience or a more experienced designer.

We are open to applications from people wishing to work Full or Part time, who have a reliable commute to our office in Rushden, Northamptonshire.

  • Ability to work well with others and ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize duties
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must be able to follow instructions and understand verbal and written instructions.
  • Must have the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Produce design files (CAD) for print advertising using Adobe Creative Suite software. Adobe Creative Suite includes Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
  • Produce digital files for print advertising using Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Identify new products and have the confidence to bring these ideas to the team.
  • Photograph experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 - 40 per week

Salary: £12,480.00-£31,200.00 per year
