An exciting opportunity to join our design team has arisen for the position of Design Manger. The position is for a fixed period (minimum of 12 months), open to full or part-time (TBC / minimum 3 days a week) and is based at our Hams Hall site (junction 9 M42).

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Fashion Design Degree or similar.
  • Previous Production Management experience.
  • An excellent technical understanding of garment design, fabrication and fit.
  • Excellent knowledge of our market sector – preferable but no essential
  • Strong CAD, excellent Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
  • Strong, clear and competent communication skills.
  • Confidence, self-motivation and tenacity.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Team leader skills.
  • Graphic design interest and experience a bonus.
  • Own car and ability to travel to clients offices for meetings/presentations.

Experience:

  • Design Management: 3 years (required)
