One of Alpha Associates key clients is looking for a Design Manager to join their team in Altrincham on a permanent basis.

The Design Manager must have experience within the construction industry, ideally within care home and residential backgrounds, although this is not essential.

Main Responsibilities of the Design Manager:

  • Preparing design status reports for each project
  • Making sure building regulations are met within the design process
  • Working closely with the design team
  • Preparing specs for construction work
  • Preparing reports for each project
  • Good understanding of building standards i.e RIBA

Ideal Experience Required of the Design Manager:

  • Main contractor background
  • Strong communication skills
  • IT literate
  • Relevant Degree

The successful Design Manager will be paid up to £60,000 per annum.
