We are looking for a Design Manager to work on regional Construction projects across the North West. The role is working for one of Europe’s leading Construction and engineering organisations.

The business are looking for someone with over 5 years of Design Management experience within the Built Environment.

  • Assist the Senior/Regional Design Manager in discharging their Tender stage tasks
  • Review Project Information in accordance with the employers regulations
  • Produce Project stage Design programmes
  • Oversee the project common data environment
  • Produce the project specific production plans
  • Work with the site based team
  • Close out Design assumptions/Design risks
  • Manage the post project Design programmes
  • Experience-Mixed use town centre developments comprising of Cinema, Restaurants, Retail units, Offices and Market hall.

Healthcare & Medical Research / Biosciences

Preferably 10 years in Design Management role for projects of value £10 to 100M

Desirable:
Professional Institution Membership-Member of a Construction Industry Professional Body

Qualification-Level 6
