The Lincoln Older Adult Community Mental Health Team have a new and exciting opportunity to join the team in a Band 6 deputy Leadership Role. The role attracts an additional payment of £1000 PA.The deputy post will provide the successful applicant with learning opportunities in leading others, managing self, supporting with quality audits, contributing to service improvements, successful management of resources within defined budgets and maintaining the high-quality service that the team offer.As part of this post the successful applicant will be encouraged to access LPFT leadership training opportunities such as the Mary Secole programme alongside opportunities for coaching and leadership skills development.We are currently reviewing our service model and this role will support the team managers in our next steps of clinical, organisational change and delivery. We are committed to involving patients and carers in individuals ongoing care and service development.We are seeking a clinician, RMN, social worker or AHP qualification who can demonstrate experience in and an understanding of the agenda’s relating to Mental Health Care Needs of the Older Person for mental health and Memory Pathways within the service.
