Location: The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea
Salary: £49,500 - £55,000
Hours: Monday to Friday

This is an opportunity to join the security team at a luxury environment in Kensington & Chelsea. This role presents an opportunity for an ambitious security professional to take the next step in their career. If you are currently a Shift Manager, Team Leader or Security Supervisor then we are keen to hear from you.

You will supervise a small team of Security Officers and deputise for the Security Manager in their absence. You will work in a 5 star environment where the customer experience is paramount.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Currently be working at Shift Manger, Team Leader or Security Supervisor level. This role presents an opportunity for an ambitious security professional to take the next step in their career.
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising customer focused teams in a positive manner
• Confident interacting with VIP’s and senior stakeholders.

Duties:

• Supervision of the security team to ensure a customer focused service is maintained at all times
• Strive to meet and exceed expected standards
• Ensure compliance with Assignment Instructions
• Assist with rostering of Security Officers
• Provide training and guidance to Security Officers
• Manage the provision of CCTV and access control systems
• Work closely with the Security Management team
• Effectively deal with all incidents falling within the security remit and to effectively report all incidents to the relevant authority.
• Maintain a log of all visitors, incidents and any other records that may be required by the client.
• Maintain the clients key safe to issue and record all movements of keys within the clients premises
• Identify suspicious persons and actions and report such circumstances.
