Colicci is a family run business with over 30 years experience in outdoor catering. Colicci are a beautiful Artisan cafe brand looking for a proactive and forward thinking Deputy Operations Manager to assist lead St James Park.

We are looking for a experienced, hard working and dedicated manager to take operational responsibility of the park and teams. To always operate to the very highest standards within the industry, ensuring that all customers receive the very highest standards and customer experience. Pro-actively work to resolve any issues and to excel i all aspects of the operations whilst ensuring maximum commercial efficiency.

Duties:

- Responsible for the Operations lead in the park with the General Operations Manager

- To proactively maintain and assist in managing the teams across the park

- Ensure delivery of Sales targets, customer experience, quality, and measures compliance measures

- Successfully delivering and managing peak trading periods and have a pro-active approach to up-scaling rotas and factoring in weather conditions

- The continuous identification of operational best practice through interaction with the company wide team

Key skills:

- Excellent change management skills

- Communication strategies at hand to implement change

- Strong ability to prioritise and decision-making abilities

- Extensive experience in hospitality

Person specification:

Forward thinking, task orientated, strong delegater, awareness of how to grow sales with proven track record. Hardworking mentality good sense of maturity for the operation. Ability to merge passion and hunger into action and professionalism that benefits the business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £35,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
