Details of this Deputy Nursing Manager position and what the home is offering: 5 hours per week on a permanent contract Day shifts, 11 hours a week supernumerary 2 week rota; Week 1 - Mon/Tues/Sat/Sun & Week 2 - Weds/Thurs/Fri 8am to 8pm A competitive pay rate offered from £20.48 to £21.48 per hourAs Deputy Manager you will provide specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that’s unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
