DEPUTY MANAGER SMALL RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME FOR PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES AND PHYSICAL DISABILTIES HINDHEAD, SURREY SALARY IN REGION OF £26K + FANTASTIC BENEFITS PACKAGE MUST BE A CAR DRIVER NVQ LEVEL 3 QUALIFIED Looking for suitable employment in a very small, friendly and homely residential setting where two days are not the same? Have you got any previous experience working as a Care Team Leader and looking to progress career or you are currently a Deputy Manager simply looking for a change? You will have previous experience in residential care settings as a Care Team Leader or Deputy Manager, experience in managing staff as well as liaising and establishing good relationships and rapports with residents, their families and other health care professionals. As a Deputy Manager, you will be confident in medication managing, care planning, risk assessments, implementing CQC policies and procedures, participating in audits as well as deputizing in Manager’s absence. You will be an easy-going person with a caring nature and you will be striving to motivate your team in order to achieve, delivering best standards of acre and support to residents whilst building good relationships with their friends and families.
