Deputy ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home, ensuring that all residents receive a high quality of care.Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the management and supervision of staff, ensuring that all duties are carried out in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff on all aspects of their role, including training, development and performance management.
  • Ensure that all residents needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records relating to resident care plans, medication administration records and other relevant documentation.
