Are you an experienced RMN/RNLD ready to take on a full-time role as a Deputy Ward Manager? Leaders in Care UK are seeking an experienced RMN/RNLD to take an active role in managing the ward at a hospital in Birmingham. The Deputy Manager will earn a salary of £41,475 to £44,648 depending on experience and many exciting benefits.

The hospital provides a diverse range of inpatient services. These include acute and psychiatric intensive care services for Adults, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, a specialist adult Eating Disorder service and a private addictions service. Across seven wards, their multi-disciplinary teams deliver personalised treatment programmes to our patients and have established an excellent reputation for providing the highest standards of care.

As Deputy Ward Manager, you will directly participate in patient care, manage the ward, and offer a high standard of care to the service users that you work with. You will be provided with excellent training and personal development opportunities and will be well supported by networks within the hospital and the wider organisation.

Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience as a Staff Nurse. You’ll be expected to be a motivated leader with excellent proven managerial and leadership skills that continuously strives for the highest standards of quality care and has patient safety at the forefront of the services and care provided.
